Breakfast here offers a variety of options such as coffee, cereals, and biscuits.

The people were very nice, the room was big and clean, it was in the middle of town close to everything, but out of the main tourist route. Out of the 6 hotels that I went to on this trip, this was the best one. The only bad thing that I can say about it is that they do not give you breakfast. Other than that, I plan on going back the next time I goto Lucca or the area.

It is a bit of a hassel to park as you need to drop your bags and then walk about 500mts to park in a public parking area. Bed was a bit ordinary in our room but o in the other we rented

We had a great stay at a delightful little hotel in a simply amazing old city. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore everything. The staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we found our way in the labyrinthine streets of Lucca. The room was stylishly presented and very comfortable, providing us with a cozy and relaxing space after a day of exploring. The hotel's attention to detail, such as providing facial creams in the bathroom, added a special touch to our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Lucca.

Antica Residenza Del Gallo was simply the best accommodations during our two weeks in Italy. The room was beautiful, clean, and in a wonderful location. The receptionist Stefania was wonderfully positive even though she had to wait for our delayed train to arrive. She recommended excellent local eateries and upgraded our room. I would recommend Antica Residenza Del Gallo to anyone who is looking for somewhere special to stay in Lucca!

Location was excellent. Rooms spacious. Our room 'The Butterfly' was great as we had a seperate area to sit and relax in. Lady at reception was very helpful, informative and courteous. Thankfully she spoke English as our Italian is not very good at all :)

There was a coffee machine which was great - but a kettle would have been very useful too.

Beautifully presented suite with delightful decore and attention to detail. Warm welcome and helpful hints of places to visit. Most pleasant family accommodation we have had when staying in a town or city. Wish we could stay longer.

This place is conveniently situated near important landmarks, including a thirteenth-century cathedral, and is within walking distance from the train station.

Great accomodation with really helpful staff and superb cleanliness.

The rooms are clean, confortable and beautiful. The price is fair for the service that they offer and it is very well located.

The parking system is a bit chaotic and the nearest parking space is not that close.
